Chihuahua.- Eduardo Fernández Herrera, former Secretary of Health in the government of Javier Corral Jurado, will be presented before a control judge tomorrow at 12:00 noon, confirmed the Superior Court of Justice.
Fernández Herrera was arrested this afternoon while he was at Hospital Ángeles, by ministerial elements attached to the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
Said body accuses the ex-secretary for the crime of illegal use of powers, regarding the contracting of a credit of 401 million pesos.
Said loan was acquired by the Chihuahuan Institute of Health (Ichisal) with the Bansi institution.
The former secretary was admitted to the State Center for Social Reintegration (Cereso) of Aquiles Serdán.
