The simplest gesture of help can mean a lot to some people, and Baby Lords he recently witnessed this by reaching out to two children who earn a living working on the streets of Santa Marta, Colombia.

The Cuban singer uploaded to his Instagram an emotional video of the moment he met them while collaborating with the non-profit foundation “Somos Esperanza”.

Yoandy Gabriel, who shares his first name with the reggaeton singer, is eleven years old and in the artist’s opinion is quite a warrior, as he works selling candies in the streets to help his mother who has breast cancer.

“Sometimes we think we have problems and we find people who push forward,” said the artist moved by the child’s story.

Baby Lores learned that Yoandy took a whole day to sell 24 candies and be able to bring “all the money” to his mother, and he wanted to help him by buying them all at once.

When he saw him again, the singer wanted to know if his mother had been happy and returned the candies that he had bought for him “so that he continues fighting.”

The other boy the artist met, Moisés, is from Caracas, Venezuela and has never studied, he can’t read or write, but his “school” since he was little has been the street.

She shared a meal with this boy in a street stall, thanks to him she learned that he had bought several things on the street at a premium and ended up capturing him as her guide in the city.

Moisés hadn’t bathed in a month, Baby Lores bought him and one of his 16 siblings clothes and shoes, and took him to a hostel so he could clean up. The change in the child was radical.

At the end of the video, the singer wanted other people to live this experience that he and his wife had of being able to selflessly help others.
