Uno dyke jumped at the European Parliament. For the first time in 25 years, MEPs will debate human rights in Morocco in plenary session. Until now, no text condemning the Cherifian kingdom had passed the ramp of discussions between political groups. But after the recent corruption scandal hitting the European institution, the lines have moved and an emergency resolution will be put to the vote next Tuesday.
