Ihe European Parliament, still shaken by Qatargate, returns to its Strasbourg quarters this week. In plenary, the deputies will debate in particular the creation of an ethical authority (common to all the institutions), and the extension-extension of the mandate of the special committee on foreign interference. Behind the scenes, the comments will go well on the arrest of Marc Tarabella but also the reforms adopted, last Thursday, by the conference of presidents.
