But now the shift. Why that? Because of an incorrectly delivered summons to the process. It is still unclear exactly where it got stuck. One thing is clear: everything will be postponed for the time being, the negotiation will be adjourned.

Olli’s lawyer Dr. Patricia Cronemeyer (44, Hamburg) is confident about the legal dispute.
She says to BILD: “Since the attack on our client almost a year ago, the perpetrator has regularly suffered defeats in court. And even if it is unfortunate that the appointment had to be postponed, we have no doubt that he will very soon and very clearly feel the further consequences of his actions, both under criminal law and with regard to the monetary compensation he is being sued for.”
But the other side doesn’t want to throw in the towel either, despite the appointment KO at the planned start of the first trial. On the contrary.
The celebrity lawyers Dirk Giesen (55, Düsseldorf) and Burkhard Benecken (47, Marl) are confident of victory in the statement to BILD: “Oliver Pocher seems to have no problem with the endless suffering of others – as in the case of the model, for example Anna Adamyan – capitalizing on yourself. But it seems to be problematic for him when it comes to his own person. People who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones. We will take all necessary legal action against what we consider to be an adventurous amount of the claim for compensation for pain and suffering.”
Background: Anna Adamyan (formerly “Wilken”) had also shown advertising in an Instagram story in which she spoke about a miscarriage. Pocher had criticized that.

Fat Comedy is already teasing Olli, saying: “Perhaps Mr. Pocher got into financial difficulties due to the renovation of his house and would like me to pay for it. Seriously: I understand and pay 1000 euros voluntarily. But 100,000 euros in compensation? I feel ‘barbed’ by Pocher!’”
