Big cinema moment!
Oh, a new one starts again Fast & Furious in theaters. Part 10 is coming on May 17th and it’s about time for a transmission oil flush. After number nine, the fans were finally tired of the same “higher, further, louder” concept.
But for the tenth attempt it is worth going in. At least for everyone who connects the great moments of the action series with Paul Walker († 40). Because this time the makers have come up with something very special in his honour.
Walker’s only daughter, Meadow, is set to star in a Fast & Furious movie for the first time. The now 24-year-old will have a guest appearance in “Fast & Furious 10”, as she confirms on Instagram.
In her post, Meadow Walker reveals the scene she will be in. The interior of a passenger plane can be seen. Meadow walks between the seats and turns to face the camera.
What role Meadow plays and whether she also has something to do with the character of her father Brian O’Conner leaves her uncertain. But fans are already over the moon. And moved to tears.

“The first movie came out when I was a year old!” says Meadow. “I grew up on set watching my dad, Vin, Jordana, Michelle, Chris and others on the screens. Thanks to my father, I was born into the Fast family. I can’t believe that I’m allowed to be there now.”
The word “family” has already been spoken 51 times on the screen in previous films, but it’s also the program behind the cameras. Vin Diesel (55), Jordana Brewster (43), Michelle Rodriguez (44) and Ludacris (45) have almost always been there since 2001 and leading actor Paul Walker in particular was a friend for life for everyone.

His accidental death in November 2013 shook the entire “Fast” team and the film world. But none suffered as much as daughter Meadow, who was only 15 at the time. She even sued Porsche, the manufacturer of the accident car in which Paul died as a passenger. In 2017, both parties settled out of court.
The “Fast & Furious” crew took loving care of Meadow. Especially Vin Diesel, who is also her godfather and walked her down the aisle, when Meadow married actor Louis Thornton-Allan in 2021.
But the new film could go one step further. Allegedly, the late Paul Walker should get another appearance in the tenth offshoot. How this is possible is still being kept secret. Old recordings from earlier parts are conceivable. Computer technology could also be used.
That’s how it was done with “Fast & Furious 7”, where Paul’s brothers Cody (34) and Caleb (45) also stood in as doubles for scenes that had not yet been completed. At times, Paul’s farewell film triumphed as the third highest-grossing theatrical release of all time.
