The National Meteorological Service (SNM) issued a flood warning for several municipalities this Sunday due to heavy rains associated with the now tropical storm Franklin.
The towns under the warning are: Ceiba, Fajardo, Luquillo and Rio Grande. This alert will be in effect until 7:00 p.m.
while, for Canóvanas, Carolina, Guaynabo, San Juan and Trujillo Altoa warning is also in effect until 7:30 p.m.

The meteorological agency updated its rain forecast this afternoon and accumulations are now estimated to reach totals of up to 4 inches in eastern towns.
