Police identify the man linked to a fatal shooting that occurred after a vehicle crash on the Cross Bronx Expressway last year.
This is Joseph Espinal, 26 years old, who is wanted by the police.
According to police, the incident occurred on Friday, August 25, 2023 around 11 p.m. in the vicinity of Jerome Avenue.

Upon arrival, officers found Fausto Rodríguez shot and wounded near the scene of a vehicle collision.
Rodríguez died some time later in a nursing home and leaves four children fatherless.
An investigation revealed that Rodriguez was involved in a non-injury motor vehicle collision with another car.
The occupants of the second vehicle initially fled the scene on foot, but returned in another car.
After a verbal argument, it is believed that Espinal was one of those who shot Rodríguez.
The case remains under investigation.
