For a long time, gamers of the Epic Games battle royale have dreamed of being able to participate in events dedicated to Nintendo’s pocket monsters. And now, the long-awaited crossover Fortnite x pokemon it has finally materialized thanks to a video that has popped up on the net in the last few hours.
In the aforementioned video, available in the section at the bottom of the news, we see the most characteristic characters of Fortnite darting with their vehicles, when suddenly the legendary Ash Ketchum makes his appearance (protagonist of the anime dedicated to Pokémon and symbolic face of the franchise for almost twenty years now) accompanied by the faithful Pikachu and Charizard.
Unfortunately, what we have proposed to you is a simple fan-made video, made using Blender by the well-known Norwegian artist Feraalsy. We will therefore have to wait a long time before a potential crossover with Nintendo’s little monsters can really materialize, if it ever happens. In any case, it must be said that the artist has done a truly masterful job. The character models and animations have an excellent level of detail and discrete animations: it is no coincidence that the video has managed to reach almost 2 million views in a short time.
