Gimnasia, in addition, was unable to sell players because money was owed to Diego Cativa, who filed a legal appeal demanding payment of USD 110,000 for his mediation in the arrival of Víctor Ayala. This issue was resolved and the club can now negotiate a sale.

It was also highlighted that due to lack of payment, the club’s employees had not had ART coverage since July and it is another of the issues that could be resolved in the first 23 days of management.
