“Those who follow me on social media know that I eat out every day, so when I had the opportunity to start a business, it couldn’t be in a better field than this, gastronomy. “It is an area that I am very passionate about,” said the program host. ‘At Home with Telemundo’ to DIARIO LAS AMERICAS, who decided to start a business in the growing area of Doral, a city that has become a culinary epicenter of Miami.
“We want to contribute to the gastronomic offer of Doral and we are promoting a concept of which I am very proud. The restaurant is called ‘A low fire’ because everything is cooked with wood in a very slow way, slow cook, as they say in English, hence the name. The food we offer is a Cantonese and Venezuelan fusion, since our Chinese rice and sauces are of Asian origin. The menu is diverse and I have no doubt that you will love it,” said Carlos Adyan, who also highlighted the modern bar that the place offers.
“We have a mixologist with whom we are presenting very interesting fusions. In the short term we want to have live music, karaoke, and for people to enjoy and relax, which is what we all need. On the other hand, I want to offer this platform to support local artists who make good music, stand up comedyetc.”, he added.

About to celebrate his spiritual wedding with Carlos Quintanilla in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, Carlos Adyan is enjoying one of the best moments of his personal and professional life, a success that – he affirms – is closely linked to his structure and organization of life .
“I am very structured. Before going to sleep I organize everything I want to happen the next day, and write it in my agenda. My time sleeping and playing sports is sacred, as is my work at Telemundo, which is quite demanding, but the key is balance, and in that sense my partner has been fundamental since he supports me a lot. Carlos (Quintanilla) is working a lot too, he has four productions under his belt. So we are both very happy and busy. We support each other and that is the secret to making everything work,” he concluded.
