Millions of Harry Potter fans were disappointed and confused when Avalanche Software and Warner Bros announced that the hugely popular Hogwarts Legacy wouldn’t let us play Quidditch, but now we know one of the reasons why.

Unbroken Studios and Warner Bros reveal that Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions is on its way to PC “and consoles”. Here we get to play Quidditch and have “other broomstick adventures” solo and with/against other players. You can also get started fairly soon if you report you to the ongoing limited playtesting which is probably the reason for this early announcement.

It seems that Unbroken Studios and Warner Bros are confident that the mere mention of Quidditch is enough to pique fans’ interest, as we don’t get to know much about the game itself. Some of the few details we have been confirmed, however, are that we will be able to customize our own player and that a constant connection is required.

The teaser trailer below doesn’t tell us much either, so it will be interesting to see what’s in store for us.
