Dramatic made in Berisso. A man broke into the house of her ex-partner and, after locking her in one of her rooms, he sexually abused her.
According to police sources revealed to this newspaper, the 35-year-old assailant entered by jumping over a gate of the home. Once inside, he would have had a strong argument with the victim, 34, and later locked her in her room.
It was at that moment that the man sexually subjected her in the presence of her son (outside the room and unable to enter), who heard his mother’s desperate plea for help and notified the authorities.
Spokesmen confided that this episode took place in the house located at 130 and 64. There, minutes later, police officers came after the call to 911 that alerted about a family conflict.
When they arrived at the place, they met a 19-year-old boy who told them that his mother’s ex-boyfriend had entered the house, had gone into a room next to her and had locked the door, after which they began desperate cries for help.
The uniformed officers of the fourth police station verified the exit of a man “fixing his underwear” and behind him a woman “in a state of nervousness and distressed.”
Thus it was that the parties were separated, and after an interview, the alleged victim described that her ex-partner “had jumped the gate and entered her room by force.”
In his account, he also confided that “after a strong discussion, he subjected her sexually, forcing her to have sexual relations with carnal access.”
In this way, personnel from that section proceeded to the immediate apprehension of the defendant, whom UFI No. 6 is already investigating.
In this way, the person involved, who at the time of being arrested was wearing an Argentine and Bermuda national team shirt, was made available to Justice for the crime of “sexual abuse with carnal access and home violation.”
Finally, it should be noted that the investigation, at the scene, seized a set of sheets and underwear from the woman, which were subjected to expert opinions. All these elements, and the testimony of the witnesses, will be key to carry out the investigation.
