The National Gendarmerie Brigade of the Chetouane region, wilaya of Tlemcen, put an end to the activities of a criminal network specializing in car theft. Indeed, the activities of this criminal network extend to other wilayas.
According to what a general Arabic-language media reports in its new issue today, it all started following a complaint that was filed by a person reporting the theft of his Hyundai Accent brand car.
Indeed, according to the complainant, the stolen car belonged to a car rental agency. After carrying out an investigation in coordination with the services of the National Gendarmerie, the stolen car was recovered. However, it turned out that the complaint was false and that the complainant had conspired with other suspicious people.
Indeed, he had sold the vehicle in one of the central wilayas. As a result, the investigation resulted in the arrest of seven people, who were brought before the court.
Béchar: seizure of a large quantity of narcotics
Elements of the brigade for the fight against illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances of the Judicial Police of the wilaya of Béchar succeeded in arresting a suspicious individual in possession of a considerable quantity of drugs.
