Chihuahua.- The Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Specialized Prosecutor for Attention to Women Victims of Crime for Gender Reasons and to the Family, in an oral trial, demonstrated the criminal responsibility of the defendant Miguel Ángel LG, for the crime of aggravated rape, conduct for which he was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
The sentenced man was accused of events recorded on various occasions, between April 7, 2016 and June 27, 2019, at an address in the Martín López neighborhood in the city of Chihuahua, where he sexually assaulted the victim. The assaults began when the minor was 10 years old.
The probative material presented by the agent of the Public Ministry of the Sexual Crimes Investigation Unit, was decisive for the Prosecution Court of the Morelos Judicial District, to decide against the defendant, who will serve his sentence in the number one Cereso.
