Watch Paul Atredies embrace his destiny in the first check out the trailer to Dune: Part 2, the second installment of what we at Gamereactor consider to be one of the best films made in quite some time. So this is the talked about trailer that was shown during CinemaCon a week or so ago and now we finally get to see and hear new characters in motion. There’s no glimpse of Christopher Walken’s space emperor yet, but maybe in a second trailer.
In addition to Walken, we can also see new faces such as Florence Pugh, Austin Butler, Léa Seydoux and Tim Blake Nelson, who will be decisive figures in the fight between the Atreides and the Harkonnen. The first film’s stars will also reprise their roles, once again seeing Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Zendaya, Charlotte Rampling and Javier Bardem in sand-covered roles. Denis Villeneuve’s six-time Oscar-winning film interpretation of Frank Herbert’s mammoth work is followed up on the first of November here in Sweden. Did your sandworms rise to this trailer?
