Hertha BSC is apparently working on Gauthier Hein’s commitment. As the regional daily newspaper ‘L’Yonne Républicaine’ reports, the Bundesliga club is currently in talks with the 1.70 meter tall attacking all-rounder from AJ Auxerre.

Last season, Hein played a key role in his club’s promotion to Ligue 1 with 18 points and then extended his contract until 2025. This season things are going much worse for Auxerre (second to bottom) and Hein (one goal).
But that doesn’t stop Hertha from approaching the 26-year-old. Not least because of Chidera Ejuke’s (25) knee injury, sports director Fredi Bobic is still looking for fresh staff for the relegation battle.
