President Alerto Fernández assured that he travels the country “trying to bring solutions so that Argentina stands up and recovers federalism.” In this line, he maintained that until the end of his term, he will continue to start works.

Fernández formulated these concepts when inaugurating the expansion of the Sewage Treatment Plant in the town of El Paramillo, in the province of Mendoza, where he was accompanied by the Minister of Public Works, Gabriel Katopodis.

“There are 2,840 works completed throughout the country” since the beginning of his term, said the head of state. In this sense, he remarked that it involves “two and a half public works per day” and that “all this is quality of life” for citizens. And he added that he “travels the country trying to bring solutions for Argentina to stand up and to recover federalism.”

The president stated that “from now until December 10 you will see me talking about politics, but working for you, because that is the only thing that worries me, because I am your representative,” he expressed and said that “this is how I respond, putting completed works underway”.

In this line, he affirmed that the works promoted by the national government in the country “do not have an electoral sense” and regretted that a Supreme Court ruling has given “more resources to the City of Buenos Aires to the detriment of the provinces”.

The president also asked to “stop the mistreatment and start a dialogue that strengthens us all.”
