After the death of a woman in Brazil last Tuesday after the road accident that occurred between two cars (in one of them four Argentine people were on board) and a truck on the BR-277 route, near the municipality of Guarapuava, in the center of the state of Paraná, one of the four people involved in the event was expressed through their social networks.
This is the missionary photographer Jorge Bidegain, who was driving one of the vehicles involved in what happened on the BR-277 route.
“We are fine. I prefer to communicate like this because there are many messages ”, began the message from him the photographer on his Instagram account.
“With my partner Jennifer, my brother-in-law Isidoro and his wife Yessica we decided to vacation in Brazil and we had some incredible days,” he continued.
Contrary and drunk
In relation to the accident, he explained: “On the return trip arriving at Guarapuava, in a curve with a double yellow line (continuous line), two drunken women went out on the wrong way in a white Volkswagen Gol and collided head-on with a truck ”.
“His wheel, part of the front axle and the driver were thrown against our car,” he added.
Then he continued with his message, stressing the importance of having been wearing a seatbelt during the episode, mentioning that having used security measures correctly “saved us.”
In addition, he regretted: “The woman who was driving the Gol came without a belt and died, leaving her mother trapped inside the car.”
On the other hand, in his post he clarified: “When I see the car in detail I get excited, at times I cry. I saw everything and I have the bitter taste that a woman died.
Likewise, he indicated “if they see the car and where the wheel hit, I think that if it came 10 centimeters higher, it would enter. Maybe it wouldn’t be the same story for Jenny and me. Good luck, many things that I am just processing.
Finally, at the end of the message that accompanies the photos of the road accident that occurred on the Brazilian route, Bidegain left a message of thanks, expressing: “Thank God the four of us are fine, we were a great team in that difficult moment. In making decisions, in taking care of ourselves, in holding back, in a hug, many lessons from this experience, but above all, thank you that we are well.
On the other hand, the companion of the fatal victim was taken to the Guarapuava hospital with serious injuries, while the passengers of the other car and the truck were unharmed.
As this medium reported, the event occurred on Tuesday, January 31, at approximately 10 p.m., on the route of the neighboring country known as Grande Estrada, which crosses the entire aforementioned state from east to west.
According to the Federal Highway Police (PRF), the woman who was driving one of the vehicles was thrown from the car at the moment it hit the other vehicles, since she was not wearing a seat belt. She was the only person who died on the spot.
Meanwhile, the passenger of the vehicle, who was in the passenger seat, was trapped in the car and was rescued by the Fire Department.
On the other hand, the four Argentine passengers in the other Peugeot brand car and the truck driver did not present serious injuries.
According to the PRF, the drivers underwent a breathalyzer test at the scene and both gave negative results.
On the other hand, at the close of this edition, the Brazilian Police reported that they would continue with the corresponding expertise and would continue to investigate the causes of this fatal crash on the BR-277.
