Garlic is known for its antibacterial and antioxidant properties, in addition to its ability to improve blood circulation.

-Cut a piece of fresh garlic in half, put it in a garbage bag and tie it to contain the smell.

-Make sure that the room where you place the bag does not have a smell of garlic. Then take off your shoes and socks.

-Then place one foot in the plastic bag and rub the garlic on the bottom of your foot.

-After about an hour, you might start to taste and smell the garlic.
