This Saturday, May 6, during the cross battles of The Voice, the competition is raging between the coaches. This is particularly the case between Zazie and Vianney who, before launching two of their talents in the arena, gently bickered, the singer not hesitating to extract information from his comrade.
Last February, TF1 kicked off the unprecedented 12th season of The Voice. A 2023 edition which allowed Nikos Aliagas to return to the commands of the show. On the jury side, Zazie, Amelia Bent et Vianney have made their return to the red armchairs. To compensate for the lack of Florent Pagnysuffering from cancer, the production called on two rappers who prance at the top of the charts, namely Bigflo and Oli. At this stage of the competition, there have already been seven blind audition sessions and three evenings devoted to battles. Two stages which allowed the coaches to move forward with their talents in the musical competition, knowing that the semi-final will take place on May 27, and the final on June 3.

This Saturday, May 6, TF1 is broadcasting the next stage in The Voice, namely cross battles. For this evening, the coaches have a mission: to choose the talent who will face another candidate from an opposing team. This sometimes gave rise to some clashes between the jurors, in particular between Zazie and Vianney. After choosing Valentin, the singer did not wish to give the title of the song before designating her opponent. She chose to take Vianney. “Very well thank you“, he reacted. It was then that she revealed the title in question, namely Vole of Celine Dion. Vianney then tried to extract information from him before selecting his talent. “He does the almost original version?” he asked her. To which she replied: “You don’t want me to tell you exactly how he’s going to do it, etc?“.

Vianney did not drop the case. “If it’s hard rock, I’ll try not to put…“, he began before being cut off by Zazie who retorted: “It’s not hard rock“. To justify his approach, the singer explained his selection process. “I’m always looking for a logic, it’s my fault. My logic suddenly leads me to Jean-Jacques Goldman. I don’t happen to have Jean-Jacques Goldman on my team, but I have Jeremy Levi who will sing Pas toi by Jean-Jacques Goldman“, he explained.
