CDMX.- This Saturday the IMSS determined to terminate the employment relationship of the administrative director of the Siglo XXI Cardiology Specialty Hospital, Adrián Orduño Yáñez, who was caught in sexual acts during a virtual meeting.
Images of a screen were disseminated through Twitter in which the IMSS manager is seen with a woman, while other employees are in the rest of the boxes.
“Derived from the fact that the former official during a videoconference was observed to perform acts of a sexual nature which constitute a breach of his labor obligations that affect the institutional image due to the above on May 12, 2023 the social security gave Due to the termination of the employment relationship maintained by the public servant, the institute’s personnel must carry out their functions adhering to the constitutional principles of legality, honesty, loyalty, impartiality and efficiency in order to contribute at all times to the achievement of the institutional mission and vision.” It was said in court.

This case generated outrage when the reputation and honor of the administrative director of the Institute’s Siglo XXI Cardiology Specialty Hospital was questioned.
The IMSS issued an informative note in which ‘it is reported that the employment relationship with a worker attached to the Administrative Subdirectorate of the Cardiology Hospital #CMNSXXI is concluded, derived from the fact that during a videoconference he was observed performing acts of a sexual nature, which constitutes a breach of obligations labor and affect the institutional image’.
