If you want to join the IMSS Well-being, you must go to one of its units and present the following documentation in original and copy:
- Unique population registry key (CURP)
- If you do not have CURP, you can present the birth certificate and proof of address
- If you are an IMSS or ISSSTE beneficiary, present the affiliation document
