Now both Cramer women are in the spotlight at the same time!
Has been standing for 25 years Bettina Cramer (53, “Blitz”) in front of the camera!
She currently moderates the weekday early evening magazine “Guten Abend Deutschland” on “Servus TV”. The format is produced by WeltN24 for ServusTV Germany in the new studio in Berlin.
Now her daughter Carla (13) is also pushing into showbiz! She belongs to the young ensemble of the Berlin Friedrichstadt-Palast!
“She danced ballet from an early age, is a super dancer. She used to go to the premieres with me, and in November 2016 she said to me: I want to do that too,” Cramer told BILD am SONNTAG.
Carla went to the casting, had to audition three times – and was accepted!
“It was like DSDS. Some came out with a recall and others cried. She prevailed against hundreds of other children,” says the proud mother.
After a few months, the student was raised in a group so that she was allowed to dance in the “Young Show” in the first year.
The moderator of BILD am SONNTAG: “Friedrichstadt-Palast educates its children at the highest level. That’s great! Carla is currently dancing in the current show ‘In the Labyrinth of Books’. The show is sold out every night, 2000 people are watching.”
Next to her parents, Carla’s biggest fan is her twin brother Luis!
Bettina Cramer: “He watches the show several times each season and always has a great fever for his sister.”
Does the 13-year-old have no stage fright when she appears in front of 2,000 spectators on the current show “In the Labyrinth of Books”?
Carla Cramer on BILD am SONNTAG: “Now it’s not as great as it used to be. But when our music sounds, in the first bars, I’m very excited. Luckily I can only see the front rows through the powerful headlights, which helps – you don’t feel like you’re being watched by 2,000 people.”
What fascinates the young dancer so much about the famous children’s ensemble?
“I love being on this mega big stage! The Friedrichstadt-Palast is very well known and the standard is very high. We also notice this in our intensive training. It’s just really fun.” the moderator’s daughter told BILD am SONNTAG.
However, Carla Cramer could not imagine a professional future as a professional dancer: “I don’t necessarily want to be a ballet dancer, but the applause from the audience is something special.”
And who did she inherit her talent from?
Carla: “I think from my mom. She used to dance ballet and tap-dance for many years.”
