The National Social Security Administration (Anses) recalled this Friday that “it does not communicate in any case to request personal, bank data, or personal passwords by telephone, email, social networks or text messages”, in response to complaints received for attempted scams by people posing as agency workers.

The pension entity asked to “dismiss and denounce any publication that refers to suspicious, non-verifiable forms and any invitation to access through a simple link to any website that is not www.anses.gob.ar”.

Likewise, it recommended not to put personal data in public comments on social networks, share homebanking users or Token numbers.

“The official service channels operate in a secure environment that can only be accessed personally with CUIL and Social Security Code, which guarantee the confidentiality of the information provided by each and every one of the citizens,” he added.

The Anses pointed out that “all inquiries and procedures that are carried out both on its official site and in its more than 400 offices are free and are carried out by trained personnel without the need to resort to managers or intermediaries.”

Finally, he indicated that, in case of receiving a suspicious call or message, the complaint can be made both online (entering my ANSES > Complaints and Claims > Make a complaint) or by email to [email protected] or in person at any agency office during business hours.
