From female boxer to punching bag.

It’s been four years since that Fitness influencer Sophia Thiel (28) said goodbye to her fans on social media for the time being. There was only an explanation for this two years later: she suffered from an eating disorder, had to take care of her mental health.

When she returns to the YouTube and Instagram stage, one thing in particular stands out: the former muscle man has gained a lot of weight. The reason: your mental health suffered from the obsession with sports and slimming. She had to gain weight to be happy again. THE statement was not exactly met with enthusiasm by fans and followers. And continues to this day.

That was in the past: A few years ago, Sophia Thiel consisted only of muscles and wanted to help her followers lead a similar lifestyle

Sophia Thiel the collar burst now. On Instagram she has now posted a video in which she storms through a rapeseed field while dancing. She also faded in some nasty comments from her haters: “Oh she looks awful. Totally bloated”, “You’re getting fatter” and “Disgusting, go to work properly, regulate your sh ** life and don’t live at the expense of others” are just three of numerous hate messages.

While the comments are shown one by one, the clip of the punk song “Schmetterling” by the German band Team Scheisse plays in the background. And it has a very clear text that Sophie loves to address to her haters: “Your problems are not my problems. I’m amazing, beautiful and colorful.”

The 28-year-old then smiles and raises her two infamous middle fingers at the camera while the song croons: “You can kiss my ass hard.”

Instagram followers are angry with Sophia Thiel

A message that, however, does not have the desired effect on its 1.3 million followers. In addition to the fact that they don’t find it that funny at all, that Sophia recklessly dashes through a strange rape field, her followers have a problem with the message: That’s exactly what the 28-year-old earned her money for for years?

One Instagram user wrote: “How long have you been telling people they were ‘before’? Whenever you showed your old pictures where you looked like you do now, you presented it as your unsatisfied ‘before’. Then your trained, lean pictures as ‘after’ and happy.”

Another user says: “You can understand the comments. Sport and slim are touted first. And if you can’t keep that, pure nature is the best…”

Sophia Thiel is already used to nasty news. She herself writes in a story about the post: “This is my sad everyday life. It’s been with me ever since I’ve been doing social media. I’ve been getting hate since 2014, it’s normal now.”
