A judge of the Seventh District of Chihuahua granted him the amparo for the provisional suspension for the arrest warrant that exists against this official.

The federal judge said that González Guerrero must physically appear for the initial hearing; In addition, he must demonstrate before the judge who granted him the amparo that he did appear before the court that required it.

It was announced that three more INM officials were apprehended for their alleged responsibility in the incident on March 27.

The first of them was Eduardo Apodaca Magallaneswho works as head of the material resources department at the INM representative office in Chihuahua.

Another of the people insured by the federal authority was Juan Carlos Meza Fulfilledcoordinator of beta group Protection of Migrants, as well as Cecilia Rivera Tenaan official of the department of operation, security and custody of the INM.

These three arrests are added to the previous five: three Immigration officials, a private security element and a Venezuelan immigrant, who allegedly started the fire.

The last three detainees will have to face justice from jail after a control judge dictated to them preventive prison as a precautionary measure.

The three officials were arrested yesterday by elements of the General Prosecutor of the Republic (FGR), and are designated for the crimes of homicide, injuries and improper public exercise.

These people are directly linked to conduct that caused the death of 40 immigrants and injuries to another 25; however, it should be noted that they accepted the duplicity of the constitutional term, so the continuation of the initial hearing will be next Tuesday, April 18.
