CARACAS.-Countries around the world have expressed doubts about the transparency and legitimacy of the July 28 presidential elections in Venezuela, where the electoral authority declared Nicolás Maduro the winner.

Panama rejects the election result

Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino used his social media account X to reject the election results that grant victory to Nicolás Maduro.
