By order of a Buenos Aires correctional and misdemeanor court that for two months had been following in the footsteps of a criminal organization suspected of producing and distributing pornographic material on the web in different provinces of the country, members of the National Gendarmerie (GNA) and the Federal Police Argentina (PNA) carried out five raids in Buenos Aires and one in Posadas, within the framework of the investigations.
The operatives resulted in the arrest of two people and the kidnapping of a large number of items of importance to the cause, as well as narcotics.
According to the data provided by spokesmen for the Gendarmerie, the different procedures were carried out simultaneously on Wednesday, after the corresponding search warrants issued by the Court of First Instance for Criminal, Misdemeanor and Misdemeanors No. 29.
During the operations, telephone, electronic and information storage devices were seized, as well as marijuana plants, among other items of interest, in violation of Article 128 of the Argentine Penal Code.
During the different raids, computer equipment, cell phones and even marijuana were seized.
The spokespersons indicated that a total of 1,289 CD/DVDs with different inscriptions were seized where movies, series and different types of adult content were stored, as well as modems, routers, along with other communication devices such as cell phones, tablets, among others. other information storage devices.
Regarding the drug found during the proceedings, it was specified that there were a total of ten plants and 19 marijuana seedlings, more than a divided kilogram and three greenhouses for the cultivation of said narcotic.
The case, processed before the Fiscal Unit Specialized in Computer Crimes and Contraventions, with the intervention of the Judicial Investigation Corps and the Flagrancia Oeste Fiscal Unit, had been investigating for several weeks an important pedophilia network that would operate in different parts of the country, in violation of Article 128 of the Argentine Penal Code.

Within the framework of the investigations, while the homes in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires were being checked, another judicial proceeding in parallel took place at a home in the provincial capital where personnel from Squad 50 and the Complex Crime Investigation Unit intervened. and Judicial Procedures.
