With his biography, Prince Harry wants to save Charlotte and Louis from the fate he had to suffer as the younger brother of an heir to the throne.

Prince Harry has been friends with journalist Bryony Gordon (42) since she interviewed him for her podcast “Mad World” in 2017. Now she was speaking to Harry for the British telegraph about his biography. Talking to Gordon, Harry reveals that he is very concerned about Prince William and Kate Middleton’s (41) children.

“I know that of these three children, at least one will end up like me, the replacement child”, said Prince Harry about Princess Charlotte (7) and Prince Louis (4), who are behind their big brother Prince George (9) in the line of succession. “And that hurts, it worries me.” He has tried several times to talk to his brother William about this topic, but “he made it very clear to me that his children are not my responsibility,” reveals Prince Harry.

Prince Harry’s memoirs go on sale

On January 10, 2023, Prince Harry’s memoir entitled “Spare” was published by Penguin Random House. Even the title made headlines in advance. It is an allusion to the idiom “the heir and the spare”. As the younger brother of Prince William, heir to the throne, Harry has been on the bench all his life. Now follows Prince Harry’s settlement with the British royal family.
