"It's the best movie I've ever worked on.": Rohirrim War director praises new Lord of the Rings anime project

Among the various projects underway for the coming years related to the universe of The Lord of the rings there is a new anime movie with the name of The Rohirrim Warwhose argument will take us to the past, specifically 250 years ago to know the events that took place long before The Hobbit and The Fellowship of the Ring.

The production of the feature film is going from strength to strength and that has led its director, Kenji Kamiyama, to dedicate a few words to this project in an interview he has given to the portal The One Ring. In it he wanted to recognize that it is about the best thing he has ever worked on in his entire life.

It’s probably the best movie I’ve ever worked on. I’m still thinking about how I’m going to end this movie.

For his part, Joseph Chou, producer and owner of Sola Entertainment, the company behind all this, has acknowledged that “It is being a privilege to be able to work on something like this“. Even so, he is aware that the fans will be very aware of everything that happens, so he wants to do everything possible to make the result perfect and something to be proud of in Japanese animation.

During the film it is planned that the events will tell the story of the King of Rohan Helm, who was known by the nickname of Hammer Hand, in his confrontation against the Duledings of Wulf. All this will culminate in a battle that took place in the Helm’s abisma place that will undoubtedly be very familiar and iconic to you if you have seen The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers.

Although we are still waiting to see a trailer for The Rohirrim Warthe truth is that its first official materials should not take long to come to light, because the premiere of this anime film is set for the April 12, 2024.
