Mexico City.- Jennifer Lopez has put up for sale the property she shares with Ben Affleck in the exclusive Bel-Air neighborhood of Los Angeles for the millionaire sum of 42 million 500 thousand dollars.
When the couple got married in July of last year, they planned to renovate their Bel-Air home, however they changed their minds and have put it up for sale to continue their search for their next home.
The price they are offering the property for is close to double the price it was purchased for. In 2016 Jennifer bought the property from actress Sela Ward for $28 million. Property is currently listed by Agent Brett Attorney at Carolwood Estates.
The farm has 3,237 square meters, the main house has 9 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms according to TMZ, it is also equipped with the best amenities: swimming pool, gym, 300-seat projection room, guest house, 100-seat amphitheater, central air conditioning, etc.
Ben and Jennifer have been searching for their new home for a year now, TMZ reports that they are currently renting while they find their final place.
