Day 5: Jungle test “Fiesenrad”
The otherwise so quiet Jana URKRAFT Pallaske caused a lot of drama on day three. It banged violently between radio presenter Verena Kerth (41) and the esoteric actress. The reason? A handful of beans. Jana Pallaske and model Tessa Bergmeier (33) shared a handful of beans among themselves. Everyone else is meat eaters, but not everyone wanted to eat the crocodile they got from production. Verena Kerth complained, Jana got wind of it. Then it got uncomfortable.
The Zoff culminated in meanness and confused blame. In Verena’s opinion, the actress is not a team player – and Jana had already formed her opinion about the blonde. In her rant, Jana could not be stopped and continued to shoot: “Always from the side and the whole time quack, quack, quack …”, Jana etched, aping Verena at the same time.
Even Claudia Effenberg (57) could not bring about peace. So stress is inevitable…
Two days later, Jana went into her first jungle test. In the “Fiesenrad” she had to collect stars at a height of 25 meters and got 5 out of 12 stars.

Career and private life of Jana Pallaske
She was born in Berlin-Treptow. As a teenager, she became seriously ill with anorexia. It took a long time before she was ready to be treated in a clinic.
She dropped out of school shortly before graduation. She worked in a bar and in a casting agency.
✔︎ At the age of 21 she got her first leading role in the film “alaska.de” by Esther Groneborn. A year later she starred in the youth cult film “Angel and Joe”. More film work followed: “Polly Blue Eyes” with Matthias Schweighöfer, “What Use is Love in Thoughts” with Daniel Brühl and in “Berlin am Meer” with Robert Stadlober.
Since then, Jana Pallaske has regularly acted in many cinema and television films. Here are some examples.
✔︎ In 2009 she played the leading role with Til Schweiger in the love drama “Phantom Pain” and also the role in Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglourious Bastards”, which was written specifically for her. In the same year she shot the German comedy “Männerherzen” and the film “12 Meter ohne Kopf”.
✔︎ The breakthrough for the general public was in 2013, together with Elyas M’Barek, the multi-part comedy “Fack Ju Göhte”.
✔︎ In November 2016, Pallaske took part in the RTL dance show “Let’s Dance”. With professional dancer Massimo Sinató she made third place.
✔︎ She showed her esoteric side in the show “Global Gladiators” 2018 in Thailand.
Also: Jana Pallaske worked for the MTV broadcaster until 2004 and sang in the Berlin punk band “Spitting Off Tall Buildings” in their music project “A Girl Called Johnny”.

I have a connection to nature that fairies, elves, shamans and witches also have. But we humans are also natural beings. Only many have lost this connection to nature and are no longer aware of the associated power.
The private life of Jana Pallaske
Since 1996, Jana Pallaske has been spending several months a year in Thailand and on a small island in the Malaysian Langkawi archipelago. She has also been offering life coaching courses there since 2020.
Pallaske lives in Berlin and has been with stuntman Sascha Girndt since 2018.
