The singer’s new theme Carol G.premiered this Friday on its official channel Youtubehas caused a furore on social networks and a few hours after its premiere it already has almost four million views.
The song “My ex was right” has sparked a wave of comments, as it seems to refer to Karol G’s past relationship with the singer Anuel AA and a new beginning with the popular Colombian musician and composer. Feidwith whom he has been seen dating lately.
The video came out this Friday, August 11, on the singer’s YouTube channel, and 5:00 p.m. after the premiere, it already has 4 million views.
To the rhythm of Texmex and with a shirt that pays homage to the queen of the genre, Selena Quintanilla, the artist sings with a Mexican band from a lake how she has found a new perspective and a healthier relationship with Feid: “I like everything next to you / In the Line they don’t treat me like in Fendi / I’m a Makinon but they had me in empty / I felt ugly like Betty / And now I’m pretty”.
