Bryan Johnson, CEO of biotech Kernel, spends $2 million a year on his efforts to look 18 years old again.

At age 45, Bryan Johnson has the dream of many people to go back in time. Not literally. The CEO of biotech company Kernel wants to be 18 again and is prepared to do everything in his power to ensure that.

Johnson is on the right track. THE Bloomberg advances that the entrepreneur has a heart of a 37 year old and the lung and physical capacity of an 18-year-old.

It was not always like this and, to be successful, the North American spends 2 million dollars a year. Not forgetting its team of 30 doctors, who carry out a plan specially designed to reverse your age.

More than a decade ago, Johnson was a software engineer and started a payment processing company. Several hours of work and additional stress made the company succeed and, in 2013, its creation was bought by eBay, for 800 million dollars.

Social media users surrendered to Bryan Johnson’s results. Netizens were particularly impressed by his highly strict diet, namely the number of supplements he took. Some left the question: “Nice stats, but how much of your day do you spend keeping track of all this?”.

Johnson starts the day at 5 am with a dose of supplements and medications such as lycopene, zinc and metformin. Every day eat religiously 1,977 calories in the shape of vegan food. Finally, dedicate one hour to three high-intensity training sessionsdescribes the Bloomberg.

Kernel’s CEO has even been accused of having an eating or psychological disorder. His doctors deny it and guarantee that they are innovating in the field of longevity.

“What I do may seem extreme, but I am trying to prove that decay is not inevitable.”said Johnson.

Recently launched a website called Rejuvenation Olympics, which shows an “epigenetic ranking table”, ranking people who struggle with age reversal. Unsurprisingly, Johnson tops the table.
