The revolution by singing
The singer called on his accomplices Nazim and Nyadjiko to write let’s dream. Quite quickly, the trio found the key idea of their anthem. “We said to ourselves: ‘If we tried to imagine a world in which we would no longer need the Enfoirés, or rather where the Enfoirés would become nothing more than a spectacle?’ It would be a revolutionary idea“, explains Amir to Tele-Leisure. “All revolutions start from an ideal, from something that seems distant, almost exaggerated, but at the same time you have to try to project yourself so that it can get closer to reality, or even become one day. And that’s that’s how we wrote this song. Saying to ourselves: ‘Let’s unite everyone around a revolution of charity, a positive revolution”“. However, although accustomed to success, Amir and his two acolytes were not as sure of themselves as usual… They put a lot of pressure on themselves and asked themselves a lot of questions . ” How do you write a hymn? But there is no recipe! We were very uncertain at the beginning, when we started writing it, because suddenly you say to yourself: ‘This song is going to become an anthem!’ And that’s what’s scary“Amir tells us.

A song written five years ago
The singer even doubted himself so much that he waited five years to dare to present his title, as he explained to Tele-Leisure. “It’s a song that I had the chance to write in 2018 with my friends Nazim and Nyadjiko. We challenged ourselves to come up with a song for Les Enfoirés, and something stopped us. Because we are used to writing songs, but never songs that have to defend a cause. We were afraid of the positioning of lesson givers. We were afraid of something that would be too cliché, and it took us a long time to let the idea mature…“, says Amir. The interpreter ofstates of love therefore took the time to participate in one or two concerts of the Enfoirés in order to gain confidence. “I saw Nazim again and said to him: ‘Wouldn’t we be ready to propose it?’ By making some changes, because time makes a song have to update a little bit. We proposed it in 2022, after doing the Enfoirés concerts in Montpellier. We worked on the title a little bit more, then we sent it to the team“, explains Amir before concluding, with a smile on his face: “A few months later, I received this message: ‘Amir, are you finally ready to make this revolution?’ And of course, I said yes and jumped for joy!“
