What is this LG 4K OLED CS TV?
The LG OLEDCS television is a mix of the C1 and C2 ranges, released in 2021 and 2022 respectively. This new series has the OLED panel of the C2 models and embeds OLED EVO technology. It displays a much higher brightness than C1 televisions, as well as better colorimetry. Thanks to OLED, the contrasts are much more intense than on a conventional screen, with really black blacks and more respected color shades.
The Alpha 9 Gen 5 processor accompanies the CS range. The latter uses upscaling. This technology makes it possible to increase the number of pixels present in the video in order to broadcast 1080p content in 4K definition. The 55-inch LG CS is compatible with HDR, HDR10 and Dolby Vision IQ standards. These standards offer a faithful image, close to a cinematic experience, especially if you have a fiber connection. This is ideal for viewing 4K content on SVOD services.
Is this LG TV a good deal?
It’s an excellent deal at less than 900 €. For gamers and gamers, the OLED CS has multiple HDMI 2.1 ports and is VRR, ALLM, G-Sync and FreeSync compatible. The 4K display also features a variable refresh rate of 120Hz, as well as a response time of just 1ms. You will be able to take full advantage of your new generation console.
Audio level, the three speakers deliver 40 W of power. Dolby Atmos and OLED Surround compatibility allows for quality audio, but will not replace a soundbar or ancillary sound installation. Finally, the WebOS 22 interface makes it easy to navigate the menus. Everything is fluid and SVOD applications and services will run smoothly.
