Lies of P became one of our most anticipated games right from the start, and since then it’s only gotten better with each new gameplay trailer. Now we’ve got another one in collaboration with AMD Radeon where you show some of the battles and a boss fight. The adventure has a soulslike layout and offers a twist on the typical Pinocchio tale, where the protagonist tries to become a real boy, only he is willing to kill to achieve the goal.
The trailer begins with Pinocchio killing a couple of patrolling guards with his sword and grappling hook before more action ensues. It’s also given a good look at the world of Lies of P, where we get to check out the unique visual style with Belle Epoque influences, something many players early on mistakenly associated with Bloodborne.
There’s still no release date for Lies of P, but it’s due this year and is also included with Game Pass from day one. Hopefully we’ll get a premiere date nailed down in the not-too-distant future.
