Jérôme Boateng is not thinking about the end of his professional career after the upcoming departure from Olympique Lyon. According to ‘Sky’, the 34-year-old is toying with the idea of moving to Saudi Arabia or the American MLS. In Lyon, the 76-time national player is no longer in demand. A separation from the world champion of 2014 is unlikely this winter, rather the paths will separate when the contract ends in the summer.
Although Lyon wants to FT-Info delete the big earner from the payroll early, but Boateng blocks a change. In the summer of 2021, Boateng moved to Lyon after ten years at FC Bayern.
