Faced with this situation, the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) filed charges for the crimes of family violence and violation of protection orders and measures, to the detriment of his former sentimental partner, for which he was sent to a prison.
According to what the investigation folder dictates, the now accused held a sentimental relationship with the complainant, with whom he had a child of reserved identity, however, they are currently separated.

It transpired that on January 23, the defendant went to the family home and carried out acts of abuse of power, assaulting his victim, despite the fact that there were protection measures in favor of the victim, for which he was arrested and turned over to the Prosecutor’s Office for the start of the corresponding investigation folder.
During the hearing held at the Oral Justice Center in Mérida, the second Control judge declared the defendant’s detention legal, while the Prosecutor’s Office presented the arguments to support the request for preventive detention as a precautionary measure, which was granted by the Judge Control for the entire time that the process lasts, so the aggressive man will remain in prison for attacking his former sentimental partner.
