A 90-year-old man was found dead at approximately 6:38 am this Friday, June 16, on 15th Street in McAllen, McAllen Police confirmed.
Preliminarily it was determined that there are no indications that the man was murdered. So far it is believed that the death was due to natural causes.
The name of the deceased will not be offered until their next of kin are notified.
This is the second death reported on this day in the Rio Grande Valley. The other person is a woman who was found dead in a bank parking lot in Weslaco.
In addition, this Thursday another dead person was found. He was a homeless man who was found dead in front of a store located on 10th Street, also in McAllen.
