The Methuen Police Department is seeking public help in locating a 76-year-old man who was reported missing.
Plácido Valdez was last seen on Pleasant Street on Sunday. He was wearing a gray jacket, a winter hat, black pants, tan boots and was carrying a suitcase. He is 5’1, weighs 130 pounds, has hazel eyes and a medium complexion. It is known that he spends time in the Methuen area.
