You are currently viewing Mario Biondo’s family “will no longer feed the circus around his death”

Mario Biondo passed away on May 30, 2013. However, a decade later, his case continues to speak before the rumors that have come to light over time. A rumor that put the cameraman’s family on a war footing even with his wife, Raquel Sanchez Silva.

His death has also been the protagonist of a documentary that Netflix has broadcast, ‘The last hours of Mario Biondo’, from which both the relatives and the presenter have been placed on the sidelines. But, through a statement issued by the law firm that represents them, Vosseler Lawyersthe family of the deceased wanted to make it clear that They are against the “circus” that they consider to be “around the death of Mario Biondo”.

From Vosseler Abogados point out that “They will no longer feed the circus that, against the will of the family, has been created around the death of Mario Biondo”and it is that they point out that “all the legal actions that have been carried out in the search for the truth” have generated a “morbid and undesirable expectation that some have tried to take advantage of”. For this reason, “they close ranks awaiting the current judicial resolution.”

“Consequently, The Biondo family will not travel to Spain to participate in a press conference in which they would give their opinion on the situation of the case and the Netflix documentary. From now on, they will only make announcements when it is considered that there is new information of interest and this does not interfere with the judicial process of the case”, they added.

Contrary to documentary

And it is that Mario Biondo’s relatives have already shown their annoyance towards the documentary, pointing out, through the law firm, that, without knowing who was behind the series, they ended up “revealing very sensitive information and even delivering documentation -until that moment confidential- for the production of the documentary”. “It is very difficult for a mother to lose a child, but even worse is to feel used by someone who takes advantage of your pain.”, added Santina D’Alessandro herself.
