The president, who is leaving power in exactly one week, was asked about what will happen in the Judicial Council, before the announcement of the appointment of Alicia Pucheta as representative of the Executive.

However, the ministers of the Court and the attorneys general must answer to an entire country, while a representative of the Executive, only to the Executive, as the name indicates.
“From my point of view, the only way for him to leave office is by resignation or by impeachment and for there to be a trial there must be a reason,” said Abdo Benítez.
This morning, Henry Kronawetter has already warned that he will not resign from office, therefore, this will be one of the first conflicts of the Executive at the beginning of his administration.
