This certainty was left by the president of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feigein interview with Entertainment Weekly this week, quoted in a report published on the website of CNET.

When asked about a new Spider-Man storyline with Holland, Feige gave an affirmative answer, but with few details: “All I’ll say is we have the story. We have great ideas for that and our writers are just putting pen to paper now.”.

These statements seem to confirm that the return of the actor as Peter Parker will be in a fourth installment of his Spider-Man after Homecoming, Far From Home and No Way Home.

Ton Holland’s successful stint as Spider-Man

Holland, 26, has played Peter Parker in six movies so far. He starred in three solo Spidey movies and also played the teen superhero in 2016’s Captain America: Civil War, 2018’s Avengers: Infinity War, and 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.

In addition to this upcoming film, Spider-Man producer Amy Pascal, told Fandango in 2021 that Sony Pictures, which owns the film rights to the character, would continue to work with Holland and Marvel, mentioning a new trilogy of films.

Kevin Feige did not explain if he was referring to that or if he was referring to an appearance of the Young Arachnid in an Avengers movie, two announced: Avengers Kang Dynasty (2025) and Avengers: Secret Wars (2026).

A year ago, Tom Holland himself had this to say about his future as Spidey: “We’ve had conversations about the potential future of Spider-Man, but for now, they’re conversations. We don’t know what the future will be like”.
