Police are searching for a masked man who shot a man at an Opa-locka, Florida gas station on Sunday.

The incident occurred at a Westar gas station located in the 700 block of Opa-locka Boulevard, local media reported.

The hooded shooter he fled the place in a northerly direction along with a black man, the information adds.

The victim was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center where he remains in critical condition.

Police did not provide any information about the shooter’s description.

At the beginning of July, a man was shot to death inside his SUV in Opa-locka.

The crime occurred at 1000 Caliph Street. Police found a man who had been shot 11 times inside his truck.

The 51-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Several witnesses said they heard the shots and then felt someone.

At the beginning of June, also in Opa-locka, a man was killed and a woman was seriously injured after the vehicle in which they were traveling was riddled with bullets.

The incident occurred at 2060 Lincoln Avenue just after 1 a.m.

Opa-Locka police found a man and a woman inside a Lyft service vehicle with gunshot wounds.

According to a relative of the injured woman, she and her boyfriend were returning from taking their 6-year-old son to the movies, when someone started shooting at the SUV.

The 6-year-old boy and the Lyft driver were not injured.
