Matthieu Delormeau was once again at the helm of TPMP People this Saturday, January 21 on C8. Each week, with his team made up in particular of Jean-Michel Maire, Isabelle Morini-Bosc, Benoît Dubois or Laurent Fontaine, the host goes around the news of celebrities, in the company of guests. But from the start of the show, the former glory of NRJ12 received a call from an unknown number. Pushed to answer by his team, he ends up picking up to discover that it was… a collection agent, visibly mandated by his electricity supplier.

After having caused a huge laugh on set, Matthieu Delormeau ended up grasping the purpose of the call: unpaid bills! “You have a collection invoice for an amount of €112.30“, asks the agent. “It’s only an hour’s pay” launches then with humor Laurent Fontaine, while the presenter seems very embarrassed. “Listen, given the tone in which you ask me you will wait a little longer” he replies before the agent adds: “The procedure is following its course, Mr. Delormeau“. And the presenter of C8 then asks if he had been turned off the heating. The agent on the phone then begins… to give his address live on the air, before Gilles Verdez’s best enemy ends up hanging up . “I’ll call you back, and kisses to Engie“, he concludes, embarrassed.

On the private side, Matthieu Delormeau rarely talks seriously about his love life, of which we know little in the end.
