The report by the police doctor of the XIV Regional Unit of San Pedro, Souksan Vihaphat, revealed that the cause of death of Emiliano Garay (69), whose body was found floating in the waters of the Tacuruzú stream, was suffocation by immersion. I mean, he drowned.
