Microscopic Louis Vuitton bag sold for $63,000. look why

Imagine spending over $63,000 on an item that is barely visible to the naked eye.

A Brooklyn-based art group called MSCHF sold its “microscopic bag,” which measures 657 by 2,220 by 700 microns (or less than 0.03 inches wide), in an online auction on Wednesday.

The fluorescent yellow-green bag is inspired by a popular Louis Vuitton design and features Louis Vuitton’s signature “LV” monogram detail when enlarged. The artwork was sold with a microscope.

MSCHF claims that the bag is “smaller than a grain of sea salt and narrow enough to fit through the eye of a needle.”

The artwork is made using two-photon polymerization printing techniques, according to joopitera digital auction house founded by musician, record producer, and designer Pharrell Williams.

The Trash Pouch was introduced in the winter 2022 collection and would be on sale for $1,790. To see more from Telemundo, visit
