Midfielder Maghnes Akliouche will stay with AS Monaco on a long-term basis. As announced by the Monegasque, the French U20 international has extended his contract until 2026. The 21-year-old’s old working paper was valid until 2024. The left-footed player has been playing for the Ligue 1 club since he was young.

Regarding his extension, Akliouche says: “The extension at my training club fills me with great satisfaction. I joined AS Monaco six years ago and the club gave me the opportunity to grow and develop step by step. I want to continue my learning process (…) and help the team when the coach needs me.”
